My cross country report

  My Cross Country Goals

Name. Romeo
Goal; My goal was to run faster than I ever have
I prepared myself for Cross Country by;
Running laps around the backfield in 10 minutes at fitness time.
How did I encourage myself to keep going?
‘Come on Romeo you still have energy you can still do one more lap’.
What did I do well today?
I achieved my goal 
What do I need to work on? 
Keeping my pace steady
